How to password-protect your suggestion box

(Professional plan and higher)

Log in to your account, navigate to the Manage Box screen, and find the Password Protect Your Box toggle in the right sidebar. Clicking the toggle will enable password protection and prompt you to enter your desired box password. Be sure to remember this password as you'll have to give it to those from whom you would like collect feedback.
